Tuesdays = Chili Con Carne Night!


 
 
Besides Lucky, everyone love this one, but it is Daddy’s favourit!!

Nice and easy 20 minute meal ❤️

Ingredients 

2 Organic red onions, finely chopped 500g Organic lean beef mince

4 cloves of garlic, crushed 

2 red chillies, chopped finely

1 Teaspoon of smoked Spanish paprika

1 Teaspoon of ground coriander 

Salt and pepper to taste

500g Organic plum tomatoes, skinned and chopped 

400g Organic chilli kidney beans (we use Biona brand. It’s superb) 

2 handful of fresh organic coriander, finely chopped

Method

Brown onions on medium heat. Add the mince and brown. Now add the crushed garlic, chillies, ground coriander, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir until spices are mixed throughout. 

Add the tomato, beans and half the coriander and simmer until cooked.

I serve the chili with basmati rice the rest of the fresh coriander on top of chili and gluten-free garlic bread.

  1. I’m adding some garlic salt instead of garlic cloves, hope it’s fine, as I don’t wanna use garlic here directly…
