125g Self-raising gluten free flour (We use Dovesfarm)
100g Organic coconut flour (We LOVE Biona products)
100g Organic coconut oil
100ml Organic coconut cream
1/2 Cup of raw honey
80g Pure cocoa, melted
3 Organic eggs
Preheat oven on 180/Gas 160. Mix together flours, oil, eggs, and honey until mixed through, in a separate bowl, mix coconut cream and cooled cocoa, then add to flour mix and mix very well. Grease a 15cm x 20 cm tin. Pour mix into tin and bake for 30 minutes.
Leave to cool for 5 minutes and leave to cool down completely before cutting into squares. With our kiddos I find that small squares are better.
Serve with an ice cold glass of Almond milk, YUM!!! We hope you enjoy!!
