1 Large Banana, mashed
1 Vanila pod’s seeds, scraped out
100g Organic coconut oil
1/4 Cup raw honey
100g Self Raising Flour (We use Dovesfarm)
50g Milled Flaxseed (We LOVE Linwoods Flaxseed, nuts and co-enzyme Q10)
Preheat oven to 180°C/Fan160°C. Mix the coconut oil an honey together. Then add the banana, egg and vanilla. Mix in the self raising flour and flaxseed. Fill the muffin moulds about halfway and bake in a pre-heated oven for 25/30 minutes. Leave in the tin to cool for 5 minutes before removing.
