Lucky and Mouse helped me make some yummy muffins for Monkey’s birthday breakfast this morning. Lucky even smelled and licked it. But much rather preferred making his own pasta and enjoying it inside 🙂
Everybody else LOVED it… even Gus 🙂
I thought I would share our concoction with you 😏 If three out of the four kiddos ate it, then it must be worth sharing!!
9 Organic Large Free Range Eggs
200g Lardons (We just love the French lardons: Herta Lardons Fumés)
100g Finely Chopped Organic Chestnut Mushroom
100g Cheddar Cheese (we made some cheese free ones for Lucky and Bear)
Preheat oven to 180°C/Fan160°C. Mix all the ingredients together and pour in a 12 cup non-stick muffin pan. Bake until brown and crispy!
